Description
JOB SUMMARY:
This position will focus on supporting the growth of our digital customer audience and will function as the subject matter expert on the planning and execution of content audience growth initiatives. They will highlight the business, products, teams, and customers through various digital channels including but not limited to video, podcast, website content, and social media. Candidate should be an exceptional storyteller who is able to work independently to identify and develop interesting stories. Creates content that is aligned with and enhances the brands.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Write, edit, and repurpose content for mediums including but not limited to podcast, video, email, social media, long form narrative, email blasts, etc.
Conduct research for content as needed, which may include a variety of sources including interviewing expert sources, customers, employees, etc.
Develop production plan and schedule for assigned projects
Apply storytelling skills to develop multimedia pieces
Collaborate with Corporate Communications team on content developmen
Develop storyboards, scripts, and schematics based on project objectives
Ensure project meets milestones, budgetary constraints, and company standards
Stay updated with latest media techniques, web trends and production technologies
Accountable for building capabilities and increasing digital footprint to ultimately grow the audience and KPI of share of voice
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree required in Journalism, Communications, Marketing Multimedia, Visual Communications or other related field.
Less than 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to adapt an evolving voice for established brands and effectively write using multiple voices to reach identified audiences.
Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of all digital platforms with proficiency in managing and posting to media platforms.
Experience in Media; broadcast environment a plus.
Experience working in team environment.
Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
