Spirit AeroSystems 2025 Summer Intern: Data Analytics in Wichita, Kansas
Overview
Flight begins at Spirit AeroSystems, where our products are taking off somewhere around the world every minute of every day. We design and build large structural parts for the world’s premier commercial aircraft (think Boeing and Airbus), as well as top Defense and other cutting-edge programs.

Responsibilities
Flight begins with you at Spirit AeroSystems, a place where you can explore your interests and grow your career by working on impactful projects. You can expect to:
Opportunity to work with a group of skilled data analysts:
Developing key performance indicators to measure success
Creating data visualizations for ease of use for leadership
Analyzing large data sets to help make decisions easier
Implementing predictive modeling to get to answers faster
Experience or areas of interest:
Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, C#, and Microsoft Programs
Analyst will develop, test, and maintain a variety of applications
Understanding of: Application development lifecycles
Use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
Knowledge of C++, JAVA, XTML, OpenJDK, HTML5, and/or .NET
Data analytics and reporting best practices is preferred
Thinking and problem-solving ability
Analytical and organizational skills
Also, should you be selected as a 2025 Spirit AeroSystems Summer Intern, you will have exposure to several activities including:

Qualifications
Requirements:
You must be a US Person (US Citizen or US Permanent Resident)
You must be enrolled full time in a university degree program aligned to the area of internship.
You must be a current sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student in good academic standing.
