Job Summary:
- Works extensively with customers to resolve past due accounts.
- Exercises independent thinking and follow through.
- Promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of Midwest Service Bureau and is focused on delivering a high level of customer service.
- Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting Midwest Service Bureaus mission.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Desire to learn and motivate self and others
- Multi-Tasking ability
- English and Spanish skills a plus
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to work 40 hours a week
