Accounts Payable Clerk: An opportunity to expand your accounting skills and knowledge! Our Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for all aspects of processing and payment of accounts payables, maintaining A/P files and reports, and cost accounting allocations. Payable responsibilities will include freight, materials, office supplies, medical supplies, fuel, rent, food, utilities, phone, vision cards, food cards, W-9s,1099s, credit applications, tax exempt certificates, check stop payments, etc. Issues purchase orders and acts as purchasing agent of office supplies. Responsible to serve as a backup for other accounting positions as assigned. M-F 8-4:30 Hiring immediately. EOE
