• Use proper phone etiquette and courtesy with customers, suppliers, and peers. • Aggressively quote customers, sharing marketplace intelligence obtained promptly to both management and other sales personnel. • Accurately complete sales orders and contract review. • Review computer generated sales orders to customer purchase orders for accuracy. • Immediately record customer sales orders into the production system. • Follow up and research late customer orders. • Record customer complaints as received utilizing the Customer Complaint Report and forward to the Quality Department for action. • Maintain a professional attitude and behavior when representing the company. The goals being to have the customer feel that we are professional and easy to work with. • Complete daily responsibilities and other assignments according to priority with moderate supervision while keeping in mind the financial goals and quality objectives of the company. • Correspond with customers using professional verbal as well as written communication etiquette.

• High School diploma or equivalent • Strong interpersonal skills • Operate with high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers, customers, and suppliers • Strong work ethic; self-motivated • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent organizational, problem solving skills, and time management skills • Ability to effectively multi-task and work independently on assigned tasks • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications • Two or more years of experience performing similar sales or customer service-related responsibilities • Previous sales, customer service, and/or accounting experience
