Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
Perform a variety of activities in support of functional area .
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure compliance to company policies and program requirements.
Execute various tasks contributing to office organization and efficiency.
Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources.
Compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
Develop process improvement.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
2 - 5 years of experience in relatable field
U.S. person in compliance with ITAR 22 CFR 120.1
Ability to Obtain and Maintain DoD clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
High level of detail and organization
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Knowledge of standard office procedures
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access
Experience w/ GPLM
Business degree preferred
Active DoD Clearance
