Admissions/business office person needed full time Monday through Friday, flexible day time hours. Job duties include insurance verification, admitting patients, greeting the public, and routing incoming phone calls. Must understand basic medical office functions, including billing and claims review and correction. Will be required to provide coverage for patient accounts/collections, payment posting, registration and scheduling as needed. Healthcare experience required, hospital admissions experience preferred. Must be professional in delivering the spoken and written word as well as HIPAA compliant. Ability to multitask and accept additional duties as needed.

Education: Require high school graduate or equivalent. Prefer formal training in medical terminology and computer courses.
