EFT Analytics, Inc.is looking for an Analytics Solution Engineer to join our team! Preferred location is Wichita but open to remote.The Analytics Solution Engineer will be part of a small but fast-growing tech company within a large and stable company. This opportunity will allow you to work with industrial clients across a broad set of companies while leveraging our cutting-edge technical solutions in problem solving and optimization.

You would serve as the voice of the customer while working directly with Subject Matter Experts, Directors, and C-level employees. This role will be able to make an impact on revenue growth by identifying opportunities and delivering value to customers.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

+ Engage directly with customer to identify opportunities, define alternatives, and deliver proof of value results to the customer

n

+ Present vision, proposed solutions, and articulate how software and service contributes to value across all organizational levels

n

+ Lead customer discovery use case and requirements workshops

n

+ Design, develop, and conduct demos and support ongoing technical discussions with end users during the sales process

n

+ Collaborate on customer issues, pricing models, product and/or service trials and solution architecture

n

+ Collect and provide product feedback to technical development team

n

+ Collaborate with the solution delivery teams on project scope, deliverables, and expectations

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

nn


+ Experience completing technical pre-sales activities including defining opportunities, providing customer demos, and generating customer proposals in industrial or manufacturing environments

n

+ Experience managing customer engagements including relationship management

n

+ Bachelor?s degree from an accredited institution

n

+ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
