Position Specific Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for problem solving issues that arise, managing project schedules and deliverables, working with contractors, reviewing technical documents and schematics, and creating conceptual designs. Summary of Responsibilities
Works closely with senior leadership to plan and implement the architectural design of the facility.
Essential Functions
Consults with leadership to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structures or renovations. Prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, equipment costs, and construction time. Manages project schedules and task deliverables.\ Manages the work of consultants, vendors, external architects, engineers, and equipment suppliers. Ensures consultants comply with design standards.\ Researches, plans, designs, and maintains code compliance on building projects. Participates in regulatory surveys\ Reviews technical documents including drawings and specifications for correct implementation of standards and to develop high performance design.\ Manages project schedules, assignments, and objectives to meet deadlines and ensure project remains within budget allowances.
