As an assembly technician, you will make critical contributions to our companys reputation, ensuring the excellence of our products by inspection protocols and detecting errors before products are released.\ \
- Operate metal or plastic assembly equipment/machines
- Initiate and monitor continuous improvement projects
- Set up and operate a variety of assembly tools
- Use hand or power tools
- Use precision measuring tools or equipment
- Ability to read basic blueprints
- Ability to read specifications and technical drawings
- Monitor production machinery/equipment operation to detect problems
- Router process from start to finish
- Countersink Bench and Mill
- Riveting of different types of squeeze
- Sealants and adhesive application
- Overcoat application
- Ground stud Ohms testing
- Masking and painting
- Bushing install and setup
- Measurements Caliper Height gage
- Examine/inspect products or work to verify conformance to specifications
- Maintain a safe, organized and clean working environment
- Required to be reliable, responsible, dependable and fulfill obligations
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
