Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed) is hiring an Assistant Broker at our East Wichita, KS location. The primary purpose of this job is to assist in the overall management of the East Office brokerage activities with a focus on the management, training and coaching of its sales associates in their first 3 years of business.

Coach and assist assigned new east office sales associates.
Work with all sales associates as needed, assisting with transaction and other issues. Must be able to handle demands of many associates with varying needs and time constraints.
Assist in recruiting for the office.
Assist Managing Broker as needed.
Conduct Sales Meetings and training as needed.
Assist in the establishing of strategies to support the annual recruiting, mortgage and membership objectives of the office.
Promote company image and values internally as well as externally.
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
Licensed real estate agent – Broker’s license preferred.
Proficient with contact management software , Microsoft Office, IDX, MLS and other real estate related software
Proficient with Social Media platforms
Well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills. Position requires an individual who is flexible, resourceful, willing to adapt to changing priorities, and works independent of supervision.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build relationships. Must be able to communicate with Associates who are agitated and impatient.
