Manages day-to-day operations of the academic integrity program(s) and services including leading investigations. Assigns and adjudicates lower level Student Conduct cases. Assists with University education and fosters a climate of responsible decision making among students and related individuals.
Essential Functions
Manages the Academic Integrity resolution process, ensuring compliance with all University policies and regulations. Facilitates with Student Conduct Resolution, and counsel with and educate students on appropriate behaviors. Coordinates the selection and training of all conduct and academic integrity hearing board members. Trains and supervises a graduate student for the student conduct and community standards office. Assists with the establishment and communication of processes, goals and objectives, and implements University and/or community educational programs. In collaboration with leadership, assists in the development of strategic plans and initiatives, including policy and procedure updates and regularly assessing all programs and services the office provides for effectiveness.
Job Duties

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in education administration, counseling, psychology, social work or related field
- Three (3) years of experience in student support or related field, with one (1) year of experience in a supervisory role. Every 15 hours of graduate college coursework beyond a bachelor\'s degree can be substituted for one (1) year of experience.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain in a stationary position. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment including but not limited to phone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to communicate with others and accurately exchange information.
