We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Koch Audit and Advisory team. This position will provide support across Koch Audit and Advisory and Compliance and Ethics. This role is eligible for sponsorship.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

+ Proactively identifying and improving data management, governance, and analysis, where it can improve audit effectiveness and/or reduce costs

n

+ Leveraging audit findings and events in Enablon software to identify risks and trends that may help scope and plan audits more effectively

n

+ Proactively creating and experimenting with new ways to view data and present visuals to audit managers

n

+ Internalizing learnings or insights from historical data shared by multiple audit groups

n

+ Developing and maintaining key management reporting and metrics including ad-hoc reporting and research projects

n

+ Reviewing expenses for multiple cost centers to identify trends. Identify and remediate outliers and errors. Improved projection accuracy.

n

+ Supporting on ad-hoc advisory projects with data analytics, highlighting key insights.

n

+ Manage and maintain audit plans and SharePoint site for audit and advisory activity

n

+ Moni oring emerging technology that could benefit the team while continuing to leverage current technologies (automation, SharePoint, Office 365)

What You Will Need:

+ Bachelors? degree in Business, Statistics, Information Systems OR a Bachelor?s degree with 1+ years? handling large, complex data

n

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, such as Visual Basic / macros / advanced formula

+ Experience administering cloud repository sites, including permissions

+ Experience working with data and analyzing data to draw conclusions

+ Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools
