Job summary

We seek a motivated individual to join our Product Marketing Team. As a team member, you will monitor project progress, drive strategic initiatives, foster a positive culture, and establish efficient processes to support team alignment and collaboration.

Job requirements
  • Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives, programs, meetings, and commitments.
  • Regularly meet with key stakeholders to monitor progress, track results, and address challenges, ensuring commitments and priorities are met.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive culture aligned with NetApp\'s values, fostering team engagement and satisfaction.
  • Create and operationalize a governance model, structure, and processes to enhance team alignment and collaboration, laying the foundation for scalable growth.
  • Establish systems for budget management, organization, and tracking, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize resource allocation, including budget, talent, and technology, to ensure efficient execution aligned with departmental objectives.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across different functional areas to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate portfolio status, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to implement initiatives and transformation projects smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Office365, Smartsheet and other collaboration and project management tools.
Education & experience
  • BS in Business Administration or a related major.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of business or program management experience at an enterprise level.

USA and Canada Residents Only:

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is \$94,950 - \$125,114.Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSUs).
