Job Summary: Plans, designs, develops, and launches efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of key organizational functions and business processes. Uses information to design and implement job-specific training programs and facilitating new hire training for any applications supported by the bank. Develops training documents and procedures for new and existing applications and offer ongoing training sessions. Partners with all stakeholders in gathering, documenting, and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. Maintains a professional relationship with internal and external business partners to deliver a high level of customer service to all. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Essential Functions:

• Partner with business units, internal and external customers, third party partners / vendors, IT teams and others to optimize current product state and implement additional technology solutions through enhancements and projects. Produces and presents useful, clear reports of findings and recommendations.

• Able to challenge current processes / procedures searching for new and better approaches and escalating, as necessary.

• Define, review, and iterate business requirements and use cases to ensure they are clear, concise, and aligned with the business intent.

• Identify risks and benefits of alternate designs; document assumptions; assess project impact of business changes to users, internal and external customers

• Build and document detailed knowledge of the application / process flow and understand interdependencies to assist in developing and providing long term product solutions

• Actively listen and anticipate customer needs and incorporate into team strategies and priorities to drive valuable results.

• Connect with leaders and stakeholders to develop and maintain strong working relationships, internalize business strategies, and optimize value.

• Monitors task assignments to ensure they are performed on schedule, within intended scope and to a defined level of quality.

• Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed solutions to aid management in making implementation decisions

• Support the prioritization of initiatives and define necessary resources needed to optimize the customer experience.

• Stays up to date on the latest process and IT advancements and can apply that knowledge to existing business processes.

• Deliver new employee and job specific training to employees across all supported applications.

• Develop, implement, and conduct training programs for new and existing employees.

• Monitor training plans for timely completion of assigned courses.

• Evaluate, research, and enhance the effectiveness of all training content to improve staff development.

• Partners with other business units to evaluate training needs and appropriate delivery methods.

• Maintains training materials ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligns with departmental procedures.

• Acts as a resource for employee questions.

• Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps related to the daily mechanics of utilizing applications.

• Design and develop creative tools & process training solutions; including, but not limited to interactive instructor-led training courses, e-learning and blended learning modules, and all related materials and resources.

• Create curriculum to be included in New Hire onboarding plans for all levels of the organization.

• Keep updated on new training methods and techniques.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Position requires high energy, initiative, and a self-starter who is positive and motivated. Customer-first mind set with the ability to keep an open mind, collaborate, and compromise on all potential solutions and support of managements resulting decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Must be able to work in a team environment. Excellent oral and written communications. Effective personal relations skills to ensure successful interactions with team members, internal and external departments, and vendors. Ability to interpret and/or discuss information with others, involving terminology or concepts foreign to many people required. Strong technical leadership and project management skills. Able to use problem-solving skills and with logical skill, to meet strategic goals. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications and understanding of relational database concepts and data management required.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or systems-related field and/or 3-5 years related job experience required. Previous banking and/or business analysis experience desired. Minimum of 2 - 3 years of Training/Mentoring/Coaching experience preferred.

Licenses and/or Certifications: Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI-PBA) or equivalent certification preferred.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Must be able to hear and speak clearly on video calls, face-to-face and over the phone. Must be able to use hands to key information and handle objects. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Working Conditions: Normal office conditions. Some travel required related to conferences and training.
