Position Summary
The primary function of the CNA is to deliver quality care services to the residents. Services are the basic activities of daily living such as dressing, eating, activities and personal care. As a Home Plus, our employees are universal workers, so they will also do meal prep, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Resident care
- Review resident care plans and provide all required activities of daily living for assigned residents
- Support residents during mealtimes
- Monitor and document residents inputs, outputs, vitals, weights, behavior, safety and any other changes
- Maintain the confidentiality of all resident and family information
- Report to work on time and as scheduled
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
- A minimum of one year experience as a Certified Medication Aide/Technician is preferred, but not required

Pay: \$15.50 - \$17.50 per hour
