Supervises and coordinates patient care activities on assigned shift. Directs licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel; participates in staff development and evaluation of staff on assigned shift. Assists in direct patient care. Represents management and administration in their absence. Monitors various aspects of program safety and oversees crisis response when needed. .
Salary: \$32.50 to \$37.00. Pay for this position starts at \$32.50 and increases up to \$37.00 based on a combination of experience and education, plus shift differentials.
Weekday Differentials of +\$3.00 for evening and overnight
Weekend Differentials of +\$5.00 for evening and overnight
Schedule: 7pm-7am, workweek is three shifts.
Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, certification as a Registered Nurse.
Licensure/Certification: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas.
Experience: At least 2 years of prior experience or training in psychiatric nursing or ANCC certification in psychiatric nursing required.
