Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
Develops, integrates, and analyzes financial information from multiple teams to create reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Support work on continuous improvement/strategic initiatives to strengthen process, tools, and resources for compliance, efficiency, transparency, and collaboration. Summarizes key actions and monitor/report progress of continuous improvement/strategic initiatives plans.
Responsible for the financial cadence, reporting performance and maintaining the communication plans for multiple priorities.
Document required actions and monitor progress toward completion.
Generate weekly / monthly financial reports to support leadership metrics.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; prefer Degrees in Business Management or Finance
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in related field
Proficiency in MS Office Suite of tools, strong Excel skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize requests from multiple sources to support requirements in a challenging environment
Strong written & oral communication skills
Must work onsite in Wichita, KS
