Responsibilities and Duties
- Testing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining machine tools including CNC controls, PLC hardware and software, control circuits, electro/mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Performing adjustments, alignments and calibrations on equipment
- Installing and upgrading new and current equipment
- Ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are performed on a regular basis
- Troubleshoot and repair factory equipment and CNC equipment
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings and schematics
- Assisting with other duties, assignments and projects as required
