COMMERCIAL CARD MANAGER

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
Leading within the commercial sales team to grow the card portfolio and manage the card product offering to drive the success of the commercial credit card line of business
Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities for the commercial team
Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in business to promote our commercial card products
Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals
Acting as a primary point of contact for clients to ensure exceptional customer service
Acting as an account manager to monitor and analyze customer accounts on an ongoing basis to identify upsell opportunities and share cross-sell opportunities with the commercial team
Promoting a positive community image through being involved with organizations like the Wichita Chamber, involvement in industry related activities, and other non-profit organizations
Requirements for the position include:
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Finance, Business or equivalent
10+ years in banking or payment industry
8+ years demonstrated commercial card sales success and relationship management
5+ years banking product and bank operations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Sound credit judgment
Excellent selling and negotiation skills
Proven track record in customer development and retention
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work with all levels of senior management
Ability to generate ideas and drive development of new business
Possess strong market expertise
Excellent strategic planning skills
Possess the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to travel and work flexible hours
