COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INTERN

Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Commercial Real Estate department for Spring 2025. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period beginning January through May 2025, scheduled to work up to 20 hours per week.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

  • Providing assistance to the Commercial Real Estate Lending Team

  • Analyzing company or individual financial statements Identifying the risks and economic factors that impact lending decisions

  • Providing customer support

  • Assisting with projects with time sensitive deadlines

  • Attending meetings

Requirements for the position include:

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent)

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Basic computer skills and ten key
