Job Summary: Frequently interacts with bankers and customers to provide loan solutions and gather information. Supports consumer lending department by processing direct and indirect consumer loan requests and communicates with customers, lenders, or dealers to aid in the loan process. Responsible for processing loan contracts received from Indirect Auto Dealer Partners. Work flow includes contract validation, funding request and notifications, and research requests. This position is a primary point of contact for communication with dealer partners and has a high degree of customer service proficiency required. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all he or she does in the community, and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality, and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST's character qualities.Essential Functions: Discuss loan terms and decisions with applicants.Primary contact for dealers and lenders with questions regarding dealer packages, incentives, contract statuses and changes, missing funds, and other miscellaneous items.Understand and comply with lending regulations and policies.Gather appropriate loan documentation.Coordinate loans with bankers and loan certified staff.Validate installment contract information with internal system records and make any necessary corrections in the application system.Communicate out of tolerance variances between the approved loan terms agreed and the received dealer contract terms.Complete funding request and prepare documents for booking and imaging.Utilize and maintain a variety of programs for direct and indirect consumer lending including but not limited to; MoveIt image funding portal, NVendor management, DocuSign.Offer other bank services as necessary.Education and Experience: College degree preferred and 1+ years' loan processing experience.Required Skills and Knowledge: Use independent judgement to solve problems and must accurately produce a high volume of work in a fast paced environment. Applicant must provide good written and verbal communication and have 10-key accuracy as well as a commitment to excellent internal/external customer service. Grasps new concepts and processes quickly and effectively with an advance knowledge of Microsoft applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Nationwide Mortgage Lending System (NMLS) Registered.Physical Demands: Involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Must be able to view personal computer for extended periods of time. May occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. Must be able to hear and speak clearly both face-to-face and over the phone.
