Reporting to the Section Chief, Project Engineer and Manager Bombardier Defense Projects Engineering - the candidate will have the following responsibilities (but not limited to):
Act as the Project Engineering and Integration focal for a challenging missionized aircraft program
Manage communications between the customer and the engineering team
Plan and monitor tasks to achieve project objectives; from technical activities to estimating levels of effort, to schedule tasks and their interdependencies
Ensure that all technical activities are harmonized and that the delivery of all contract requirements are done as per the schedule
Ensure effective use of Project Management principles and practices in the conduct of the BSA Statement of Work by establishing and communicating clear, effective, achievable project plans
Manage supplier deliverables to ensure timelines and requirements are met
Effectively communicate project and task status to supervisors and leadership team
Qualifications
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
You have 3 - 5 years Project Management experience with an Associates degree in Business Management, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience
You have the computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, email and internet-based applications along with the ability to generate and give presentations
You must have proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. Experience with MS Project is preferred.
Must be eligible to view and handle ITAR material.
You have the planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
