In this role you will be a part of the global talent development team, responsible for our culture and engagement priorities . We are seeking an experienced individual who can shape our culture and employee experience through effective programs . In this role you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders and vendors to obtain employee feedback, identify insights and integrate solutions.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and deploy strategies to assess employee engagement & company culture, set priorities and create actionable outcomes.
Partner with stakeholders to design methods to collect and analyze employee feedback .
Serve as project manager for the employee engagement survey; including vendor selection, overall communications strategy, execution and post-survey roadmap & outcomes.
Partner with the business leaders to facilitate priority development and implementation.
Collaborate with HR functions and business to integrate outcomes into the culture and the overall employee experience.
Design and deliver metrics to assess trends, measure impact and identify areas of opportunity.
Provide insights and learnings from surveys, benchmarking and metric analysis to key business leaders & HR.
Manage initiatives in support of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) , ensuring alignment with culture and engagement.
Oversee the employee exit survey and other employee lifecycle touchpoints .
Qualifications
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related
6-8 years relevant work experience
Proven track record of creating, deploying and leading a global strategy or program inclusive of a change management activity
Experience with engagement surveys
Strong planning and organizational skills
Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills
Desired :
Vendor management experience
Ability to manage multiple projects
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
