Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Facing Platforms and Portfolio Strategy Lead will direct and drive the digital foundry platform and portfolio strategies globally across the organization to enable great customer outcomes through omnichannel platforms, products and services and maximize the company’s investment in customer digital. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance to ensure the alignment of platform strategies to commercial and customer outcomes and handle strategic investment into platform capabilities.
Provide consultation, communicate cross platform strategies and portfolio value metrics and drive engagement and feedback with business partners.
Direct and lead a team on the execution of early scoping and exploration globally as well as on portfolio analysis to deliver visibility to key partners.
Drive a global digital intake and prioritization process to ensure strategy alignment and commitment across digital leaders in the enterprises and strategic capability leaders within the digital foundry.
Provide thought leadership to create and maintain cross capability strategies.
Provide thought leadership for forward looking business value measurements and cohesive storytelling across customer digital capabilities.
Set up and launch strategic platform investments, driving the cross channel and omnichannel platform strategies and outcomes in alignment with business priorities.
Drive visibility of the product investments across customer facing capabilities, enterprises and regions.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Minimum of five years of experience managing people as direct reports
Experience leading customer digital product development for capabilities such as digital marketing, ecommerce, customer relationship management and service and strategic pricing
Experience working with multiple business units and stake holders
