What you will do
The ideal candidate is able to work under pressure in a fast-pace call center environment. This candidate should be well organized, data driven, detailed oriented, reliable, professional, and will have experience dealing with distribution of products, as Source 1 Parts is a distribution center that ships globally. In this position, you will assist distributors through answering inbound calls that are specific to part look up requests, order status, price, availability, and address any outbound logistic issue for distributor orders. This person will work closely with customers, and internal offices as a member of the customer service team.
How you will do it:
+ Answer inbound calls related to Ducted Systems products and distributor orders.
+ Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, damaged shipments
+ Work closely with Customer Service, procurement team, and distributors regarding shipping issues.
+ Provide part assistance on UPG parts.
+ Communicate daily with customers via phone, fax, e-mail, etc.
+ Collaborate with Inside Sales Team to deliver world class customer support.
+ Research and resolve customer issues.
+ Strategize with internal departments to ensure processes are in alignment for end customers.
+ Additional job functions may be included.
What we look forRequired Qualification:
+ University Degree and 1 year minimum Experience, or 2 year degree and 4 years expereince.
+ A minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
+ Must be customer oriented.
+ Must be organized with the ability to multi-task.
+ Analytical thinker.
+ Proficiency in a Windows operation environment, including email and Microsoft Office software.
+ Experience with SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Navigator, Sales Force Open Globe a plus.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and decision making
