JOB SUMMARY:

The Real Estate Program Manager will work as a part of the Business Operations team in Customer Support to provide strategic management of the Global Service Center Network real estate portfolio. This role will play a crucial part in leading complex projects for the global service center network and will work collaboratively across multiple functions of the business to ensure success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the implementation of overall real estate portfolio strategy in support of service center operations and business objective.

  • Review and analyze legal documents and third-party reports, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, appraisals, environmental reports, market studies, and market appraisals.

  • Manage and track a wide range of projects and provide regular status reporting on progress.

  • Develop project schedules and manage projects through cross-functional meetings.

  • Ensure compliance to design criteria, safety practices, insurance requirements, and all applicable codes.

  • Assist with annual and long-range strategic planning.

  • Define capital project requirements in support of strategic goals.

  • Utilize AutoCAD and other software to update facility drawings and record changes to facilities.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or other related field.

  • 5 years of experience in real estate/facilities management required, preferably in a global, corporate environment.

QUALIFICATONS:

  • Advanced working knowledge of real estate development process.

  • Demonstrated skills in negotiating the lease and/or purchased of commercial and residential property, along with strong property management skills.

Strong Real Estate legal background with ability to analyze and decipher legal documents.

  • Familiarity with state, local, and industry regulations, as well as real estate valuation concepts.

  • Technical knowledge of facilities and environmental issues related to facility management.

  • Working knowledge of budget planning and management.

  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate professionally, both verbally and in written form, with internal and external customers and across all levels throughout the organization.

  • Strong organization and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD preferred.

  • Ability to travel.
