Description We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk Lv2 to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be engaged in the data cleansing and creation process using Excel templates. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and comfort working with moderate to large volumes of data. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Execute data cleansing activities to maintain the accuracy and integrity of data.
• Create data in Excel templates, ensuring it adheres to the required format and standards.
• Validate data between the legacy system and the new system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Log the results of data comparison between systems, noting discrepancies and taking appropriate action.
• Use various Microsoft Office Suites tools to aid in data processing.
• Utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel to manipulate and manage data effectively.
• Handle moderate to large volumes of data, maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and project needs.
• Utilize data entry skills to ensure data is entered accurately and efficiently.
• Work with EO/IR systems as part of data processing tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry is mandatory for this role
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites is essential
• Experience with Templates is preferred
• Knowledge of Validation Plans is advantageous
• Hands-on experience with Legacy System is beneficial
• Proficiency in Data Cleansing is required
• Experience in creating datasets or Data Creation is important
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems will be considered an asset
