Job Summary:Monitor and mitigate quality of data coming into the system and review output and correct warnings and errors for Retirement Administration. Test and monitor procedures to achieve consistency across the department and facilitate process improvements. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUSTs Character Qualities.
Essential Functions:All expectations described in the job descriptions essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Work directly with Retirement clients to implement and assist with payroll processing.
Assist with processing, data management and reporting.
Monitor system output, mitigate warnings or errors.
Maintain, monitor and facilitate improvements for department procedures.
Facilitate process improvement projects.
Train employees to follow written procedures to achieve consistency and efficiency.
Education and Experience:Bachelors degree preferred. 2+ years of related experience required.
Required Skills and Knowledge:Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines. Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills with the ability to follow through and complete assignments in a timely manner. Attention to detail and the ability to interact with different personalities and foster a positive learning environment required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word preferred with an ability to grasp new concepts and systems quickly.

Physical Demands:Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
