Emprise Bank Digital Acquisition Lead in Wichita, Kansas

We are seeking a Digital Acquisition Lead to join our team. This role is an integral part of Emprise Bank’s Retail organization by driving the digital retail strategy, digital customer journey, and leading acquisition delivery.

Essential functions of the role:

  • Work in partnership with core Digital Banking and vendors on compelling digital capabilities

  • Define and measure success metrics

  • Use customer perspective to advance a customer focused strategy

  • Conduct thoughtful research on industry and consumer trends, products, and features that align with division/ company strategies in order to help our customers with their financial health

  • Build a deeper understanding of user behaviors, including leveraging data, and identify the corresponding business opportunities

  • Gain and maintain strong knowledge of market trends and customer insights across markets

  • Stay current with market trends and customer insights


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience in financial services

  • 2+ years of customer experience with digital based platforms

  • Digital acquisition experience preferred
