GDIT is seeking a talented individual to be a Digital Marketing Assistant (DMA) to support the Trusted Third Party (TTP) for the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP). The DMA will create, execute, monitor, and report on digital marketing campaigns undertaken in support of the HFPP. The DMA will receive guidance from the TTP Marketing and Communications Manager.
This is a remote based role: Candidates must reside in the United States
Under the guidance of the TTP Marketing and Communications Manager:
Create and conduct campaigns in the selected email marketing service
Maintain distribution lists
Develop and run metrics associated with campaigns
Create reports for HFFP and TTP leadership on partner engagement
Proofread and edit content
Create and manage surveys
Manage the overall HFPP communications project calendar
Support the Quality Assurance efforts in ensuring communications are Section 508 compliant.
Protect the integrity of the HFPP's brand identity which includes voice and imagery across internal and external communications.
Support the TTP Marketing and Communications Manager to respond to ad-hoc requests from HFPP Leadership and TTP Leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience, required
Experience with email marketing service and automation require <1 year related experience
Knowledge of Section 508 compliance desired but not required
Ability to develop relationships both in person and over the phone.
Ability to be careful and thorough about detail.
Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.
Ability to exercise independent judgment.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to work on PC and Mac systems.
Ability to work with email marketing service and automation tools, with a preference for Mailchimp
Ability to work with design software including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Ability to work proficiently with MS Office including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
