Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our maintenance and avionics departments. In this role, you will ensure compliance with FAA regulations, drive operational efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a proactive approach to managing people, processes, and resources.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and oversee maintenance and avionics operations, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145 regulations and remain up to date with regulatory changes.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Mentor and manage department managers and team members, supporting their professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Manage operational budgets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align operational capabilities with client needs.
