Job Title: Electronics Assembler

Job Description

As an Electronics Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling individual electronic components into high-quality finished products. You will conduct final testing on various aircraft instruments and avionics, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of innovation, reliability, and quality. This role requires a meticulous approach to mechanical work and an appreciation for accuracy to keep our customers flying safely.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly of highly technical electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems, including desoldering, troubleshooting, and component replacement.

  • Proficiency with PCB soldering is preferred, but training will be provided if necessary.

  • Conduct final testing on a variety of electronic instruments.

  • Complete documentation such as shop and manufacturing order records and submit required reports.

  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, procedures, and technical manuals.

  • Handle, feel, and manipulate small objects constantly.

  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently.

Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Minimum two-year electronics degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience.

  • Minimum one year of experience in assembly with various types of avionic equipment such as pressure gauges, batteries, and inverters.

  • Proficiency in utilizing hand tools and electronic testing equipment.

  • Demonstrated understanding of advanced analog and digital electronics.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Organized, focused, and results-oriented.

  • Problem-solving with critical thinking and prioritizing skills.

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Pay Range

  • $17/hour - $22/hour

Work Schedule

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 4:45PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $45760.00/yr.

PTO 1 week year 1, 2 weeks year 2Medical, Vision, 401K, etc.
