The Employee Relations team manages all employee relations for the Wichita location where daily collaboration is a necessity and opportunities to make an impact can be expected.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide guidance to managers and employees on issues related to company policies and procedures.
Conduct investigations into violations of Company policies and procedures.
Resolve conflict in the workplace and coach management on how to handle complex situations.
Consult and advise management of policy and procedures of disciplinary actions.
Work closely with Legal, Labor, Compliance, and other Human Resources teams.
Be familiar with HR policies and procedures, labor contract agreements, and various laws including Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Move from one project to the next with short notice
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment as well as independently
Strong communicator with good listening skills
Solid time management skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to establish effective, professional working relationships
Able to accurately capture interview notes and maintain records
