Job Title: Engineering Team Lead
Job Description
Lead a team of engineers and provide technical guidance and support as needed. Lead product development projects from conception to release. Develop and implement engineering processes and standards to ensure quality and efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and production to ensure successful product launches. Collaborate with customers and suppliers to develop solutions that meet their needs. Conduct design reviews and ensure that products meet all required specifications. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Monitor and report on project progress and provide regular updates to management. Continuously evaluate and improve engineering practices and processes.
