Position Overview

  • Work directly with the Equipment and Tooling manager to establish an effective management review system.

  • Relocation will not boffered for this role.

  • We are hiring for three positions. Possible work locations include Wichita Tooling Center, Fairless Hills Tooling, or Orlando.

Responsibilities

  • This position will support equipment and tooling activities to include procurement of materials, managing inventory and maintenance requirements of the equipment/tooling, preparing orders to ship to respective field projects, and schedule transportation as needed.

  • Properly maintain equipment and tooling to ship to project sites.

  • Provide technical troubleshooting and training support to field users of the equipment and tooling.

  • Coordinate transportation of shipments heading to projects

  • Comply with all documentation requirements required by the business for daily tasks.

  • Provide field support as needed by the business (as much as 50% travel can be needed).

Required Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills  

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required .

  • 50% travel required with the position  

  • Implement Safety and Quality plans related to daily work.

  • Perform minor repairs of equipment and tooling.

  • Perform outgoing and incoming audits of material.

  • Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Qualified applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States

#Entrylevel

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic hydraulics knowledge and experience with hydraulic tools

  • Rigging experience

  • Basic electrical knowledge and experience with electrical tools

  • Familiar with wind turbines and the working environments for wind technicians
