Job Duties:
Travel to customer locations (domestic and international) to install or troubleshoot with high regard to customer service and quality
Install and service all Chance Rides equipment in accordance to drawings and engineered specifications
Oversee installation projects onsite by delegating, communicating, training, organizing and facilitating effectively
Follow safety guidelines at all times and report any violations to management
Perform in-house assistance to various teams when not in the field
Complete required installation paperwork and expense tracking online
Other duties as assigned

- Work as a team with co-workers and outside customers to assist in creating and implementing successful installations and solutions in troubleshooting various pieces of Chance Rides manufactured equipment
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the Field Service Manager, field representatives, and customers
- Utilize experience and a wide degree of independent judgment while in the field to plan and accomplish goals; perform a variety of tasks related to field service and meet deadlines
- Team-player who can work effectively with all personnel in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions to issues
- Work to improve systems, practices and expenses in regard to customer and field service
