Job Purpose and Impact
The Decision Support Analyst II will develop a strong management information system to standardize and optimize reports and processes. In this role, you will conduct continuous process improvements in financial tools and on management reporting, collaborating with other teams to integrate indicators and metrics into reports to measure business success across the organization.
Provide management reporting and identify business insights from the financial data to help enhance business decision making.
Develop strong and collaborative partnerships to ensure the financial support.
Design reports and dashboards to track performance against plan, budget, forecast and other key performance indicators.
Collaborate with other partners in cross functional teams to achieve area strategy and strategic goals of the business.
Implement effective management reporting to improve data integrity and usefulness.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Experience leveraging financial and business systems to follow up business activities and help in decision making
Experience with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools
Proven knowledge in agile framework and project management
