Role and Responsibilities
Basic job responsibilities include the following:
- Responding quickly to customers
- Computer and Network Troubleshooting
- Training and support of proprietary software
- Documenting calls
Requirements for employment:
- Learn quickly and perform well under pressure
- Ability to work Independently yet within company guidelines
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional maturity
- Must be Punctual
- Must be flexible on hours. Overtime does happen
- Travel is required (Overnight sometimes but rare)
- Must be able to pass a background check. Good driving record with No Felonies!
Preferred Skills
