Grant Thornton is seeking a GTM Insights & Intelligence Lead (Manager) to join the team. Approved office locations can be found below.
As a GTM Insights Manager in our Connected Sales & Marketing function, you will get the opportunity to lead a team of analytics professionals who transform data into strategic insights that drive our go-to-market effectiveness and business growth. Working within our GTM Analytics Team, you'll oversee the development of enterprise/GTM analytics solutions that continue to accelerate our growth strategy and enable data-driven decision making. Your leadership will be instrumental in elevating our analytics capabilities, optimizing our GTM performance, and uncovering opportunities.
Your Day-to-Day May Include:
Managing the design, development, and enhancement of the firm’s GTM Insights & Intelligence solutions including request intake, backlog prioritization / management, and release management
Developing and executing the GTM analytics strategy in alignment with broader organizational objectives and go-to-market priorities
Architecting compelling narratives from the data; presenting analytics insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Partnering with sales, marketing, and business leadership to understand their strategic priorities and translate them into analytics requirements
Collaborating with the Experience team (within Marketing Experience & Platform) to ensure the experiences of the analytics are designed with best practice UI / UX in mind
Establishing best practices for data governance, quality assurance, and analytics methodologies within the GTM Analytics ecosystem
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions meet evolving business needs
Managing resources effectively to optimize productivity and output quality
Leading and mentoring a team of GTM Insights Specialists, fostering their professional development while ensuring delivery of high-quality analytics solutions
Other duties as assigned
You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
5-7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics
Proven experience leading analytics teams and developing analytics strategies in professional services or B2B environments
Advanced proficiency with business intelligence platforms, data visualization tools, and analytics technologies
Strong understanding of marketing and sales analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
Experience managing and integrating diverse data sources to create comprehensive analytics solutions
Excellent leadership and team management skills, including experience with geographically distributed teams
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to translate complex analytics into compelling business narratives
Strategic thinking with the ability to align analytics initiatives with broader business objectives
Experience developing and enhancing analytics tools and platforms, particularly in marketing and sales contexts
Can travel as needed
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Chicago, IL, Downers Grove, IL, Denver, CO and Baltimore, MD offices only is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Washington, DC, Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Newport Beach, CA San Diego, CA, and New York, NY offices only is between $129,600 and $194,400 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between $138,000 and $207,000 per year.

Benefits for internship positions: Grant Thornton interns are eligible to participate in the firm’s medical, dental and vision insurance programs and the firm’s employee assistance program.
