Job Overview: The candidate for this role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process in order to source quality talent for hiring managers across all markets.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
Recruiting talent for the Retail divisions of Fidelity Bank and Oklahoma Fidelity Bank, as well as Corporate divisions when assigned.
Managing the recruitment process, increasing recruiting efficiencies and overseeing internal and external job boards.
Acting as the liaison between internal departments and applicants by reviewing applications, screening candidates and coordinating in-person/WebEx interviews with hiring managers.
Participating in career fairs and college networking programs.
Assisting the HR Talent Manager with the company’s internship program.
Requirements for the position include:
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field (may be waived in lieu of experience).
Professional phone etiquette.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Intermediate computer skills.
Community networking skills.
Some travel and the ability to work late and/or flexible hours required.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
Talent recruiting experience.
Previous Human Resources experience.
