The HR Representative acts as a business partner to employees and management at our Wichita, Kansas manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation of HR knowledge, a desire to build working relationships, and a passion to learn the business in order to contribute to the HR elements of business strategies.

::: {field="responsibilities"} - Counsel employees and management on all aspects of HR program delivery, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent attraction, development and safety/workers compensation - Support the staffing process to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner with high quality candidates - Design and conduct training on employment practices, as well as specific HR related topics to cultivate the knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of programs - Analyze development needs and implement training plans/programs that support our lean philosophy and identify continues improvement activities. - Drive the consistent application of policy and procedure to maintain positive employee relations :::
