Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
Responsible for performing both in-process and end-of-line inspections against established inspection criteria for several important pieces of Boeing aircraft, including the fuselage of the 737 and 787.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-process and end-of-line inspections for Boeing 737 and 787 aircraft fuselages.
Adhere to established inspection criteria and quality control standards.
Utilize calibrated inspection tools effectively to ensure accuracy.
Apply quality assurance principles, methods, and processes to maintain high standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports of inspection findings.
Collaborate with team members to address and resolve quality issues.
Essential Skills
Inspection
Quality control

Aircraft sheet metal
3 years of experience working in manufacturing or as an automotive technician
2+ years of inspection experience in an aerospace, military, or manufacturing environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with aerospace standards
Experience using calibrated inspection tools
Experience with quality assurance principles, methods, and processes
Intermediate level skill with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Work Environment
Join a team of 80 employees who work around the clock, across all three shifts. Candidates are needed on the 2nd or 3rd shift. The shifts are as follows: 2nd shift (Mon-Fri; 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) and 3rd shift (Mon-Fri; 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM). While no overtime is offered during the week, it is available on weekends. Employees are expected to be open to working at least one weekend day every other week.

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
