- Compensation: \$50,000 /yr (This is a grant-funded position.)

Overview / Job Summary:
The Industrial Assessment Outreach Coordinator/Project Manager is responsible for providing oversight and leadership for the Department of Energy grant to implement and sustain energy efficiency practices in the local area. Positions funded in whole by external grants may be subject to immediate termination if the grant funding ceases. Those positions funded in part by external grants will be reviewed by the College for viability in the absence of grant funds.
Your day-to-dayresponsibilitieswill vary, but are not limited to:
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with industry members, K-12 schools, and community organizations to advocate for building automation.
- Collaborate with the High School Partnerships and Community Outreach department to develop and implement building automation programs, camps, workshops, and training activities.
- Create and distribute materials aimed at families and community members to raise awareness about building automation careers and educational opportunities.
- Design and execute innovative programs and marketing strategies to highlight building automation as a viable career path for underrepresented groups.
- Oversee the Industrial Assessment Center Grant, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and successful program execution.

Requirements {#job-requirements-title}
Education:
- Associate Degreerequired; Bachelors Degreepreferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strongly preferred experience in project management and working with grants.
- Experience in business management or related fields is highly desirable.
- A positive and professional demeanor is essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Adaptable and responsive to the evolving needs of clients and the industry.
- Strong attention to detail, especially related to documentation.
