harpline Converting is seeking an energetic candidate for a Quality Inspector on 1st shift, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Sharpline Converting, Inc. is an industry leader in the design and manufacturing of innovative vinyl graphic image products.
Responsibilities:
Inspection and judgment of work, including rework
Processing and inspection of returned goods from customers
Processing and inspection of purchased material
Reporting quality issues in purchased material to suppliers
Communicating quality issues to production personnel and management
Providing 1st part inspections for production processes
Assisting with troubleshooting of production processes
Conducting first article inspection of new parts
Conducting lab tests and experiments (sometimes with chemicals)
ISO audits
Compiling compliance information for customers
