Your Role:
Craftsmanship: Utilize your carpentry skills to install custom window treatments, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of each home.
Problem-Solving: Address challenges creatively and expertly, adapting to unique installation scenarios.
Client Interaction: Educate clients on the use and maintenance of their new window treatments, ensuring a delightful experience.
Customer Service: Maintain a clean work environment and a professional demeanor, delivering exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years in carpentry or similar roles, ready to start immediately.
Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic environments, smoothly handling unexpected changes.
Attention to Detail: Execute tasks meticulously, upholding high standards of craftsmanship.
Communication Skills: Excel in both written and verbal communication, building trust with clients.
Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.
Valid Driver’s License: Ready to travel in our company van.
