    What You’ll Do:

  • Master Craftsmanship: Utilize your carpentry skills to install bespoke window treatments, elevating the look and feel of each home.

  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Tackle installation challenges head-on, adapting your approach to fit unique scenarios.

  • Client Engagement: Provide exceptional service by educating clients about their new window treatments and how to care for them.

  • Professionalism: Maintain a tidy workspace and present yourself in a courteous manner, leaving a lasting positive impression.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience Counts: 3+ years in carpentry or a related field is preferred; we’re ready for you to hit the ground running!

  • Experience in installation/technician roles in similar industries is a huge advantage. (Anything from cable technician to construction would be given priority!) 

  • Flexible & Resourceful: Navigate dynamic environments with ease and respond positively to unexpected situations.

  • Detail-Oriented: Take pride in your work and strive for precision in every installation.

  • Strong Communicator: Build rapport with clients through clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing.

  • Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders as needed for installations.

  • Valid Driver’s License: Ready to travel within our service area in a company van.
