Job Title: Inventory Control Technician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs numerous tasks involving dexterous use of hands and hand tools:

  • Accepts, distributes, controls and organizes inventory related to commercial construction. Types of this inventory include:

  • Tools

  • Equipment

  • Materials

  • Liquids

  • Items for sale or rent

-Checks various types of inventory "in and out" using back-office software.

  • Lifts, carries, and holds building materials, tools, and supplies.

  • Cleans tools, equipment, materials, and the work area.

  • Other misc. duties as directed by your supervisor.

  • Know Company safety policies and adhere to them while working at all times.

Job Qualifications:

Ability to reach and grip constantly

Ability to stoop and kneel frequently

Ability to climb, balance, crouch and crawl occasionally

Ability to lift 0-25 pounds constantly

Ability to lift 25-75 pounds frequently

Ability to lift 75+ pounds occasionally

Constant exposure to weather

  • This position is 50% office and 50% field/outdoors

Frequent exposure to dust/fumes

Constant time spent working on your feet

Occasional use of vibratory tools

Basic computer literacy is a must

Must be skilled at operating a fork lift

Be able to triage priorities and work well with multiple personality types

Must wear a hard hat, safety glasses and work boots

Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must pass pre-employment testing, including a drug-screen

Bi-lingual in English/Spanish a plus
