The IT Support Technician Apprentice position offers an excellent opportunity for a student to use technical skills to support IT needs within a dynamic business environment. This part-time position requires a strong desire to learn and grow, in order to develop technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, as well as honing communication abilities in a business setting.\ \ *Essential Job Responsibilities\ \ *
- Support internal IT needs by providing Level 1 technical and troubleshooting support
- Troubleshoot/resolve hardware and software performance and general PC, network, and printer problems
- Install, upgrade, and support computer hardware and software
- Perform voice/email system setup
- Perform setup for new users
- Assist with IT projects as directed
- Communicate effectively with all contacts
