PetroChoice Loaned Equipment Technician in Wichita, Kansas
Summary: Primary duties include warehouse support by assisting in the installation and maintenance of loaned equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.
Set up and install new and refurbished loaned equipment
Assist in the installation of tank monitors at customer locations
Perform replacement of loaned equipment at local customer sites
Assist in the organization and execution of incoming loaned equipment requests
Receive and stock product; repackaging; palletizing of loaned equipment as well as warehouse materials
Perform tank readings, customer pick-ups, LTL shipments.
Assist with drum reconditioning process, (Plastech)
Loads, fills and labels containers from bulk according to assignments in our manufacturing area
Assist with bulk oil loading and unloading operations as needed
Assist with blending operations as needed
Assist with fill line operations as needed
Picks and stages products to be shipped according to the delivery schedule in our warehouse area
Loads and properly secures products in delivery trucks, both loaned equipment and new oil materials
Unloads delivery trucks in an efficient manner and stores products in appropriate area for both loaned equipment and new oil warehouse
Completes and submits accurate records of products received and/or filled daily
Updates products that are loaded on all trucks and utilizes the load/unload slips
Retrieves and submits packing slips for products received, assisting receiving department as needed
Operates forklift, hand truck, pallet and electric jack daily
Maintains warehouse area and safety reports
Assist with minor warehouse maintenance concerns
Completes accurate cycle counting of inventory as needed
Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Interacts positively with all customers and fellow employees
Will be required to act in a professional manner at all times
Safely load/unload deliveries - the ability to lift/move up to 65lbs is required
Perform other related duties as assigned

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:
Valid driver's license may be required based on facility, a CDL is a plus
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Experience working in an ERP environment is desirable.
